The Turkish Peace Garden of Montreal celebrates its 17th year
The Turkish Peace Garden is now 17 years old.
The Garden which gave a harmonious character to Montreal is at the Botanical Garden and will celebrate its seventeen years with music and folkloric dances.
During the celebration on May 18th from 5:00 pm at the Botanical Garden, various Federal, Provincial and Municipal dignities will be welcomed by the General Consul of Turkey Barkan Umruk and the Honorary Consul of Turkey in Quebec Mr. G. Emin Battika.
On occasion, the famous singer Melihat Gülses will give a small concert.
